“I Am Not Your Negro”

The University of Johannesburg’s (UJ) Institute for Pan-African Thought and Conversation (IPATC), in collaboration with the UJ Department of Journalism, Film, and Television; the UJ Library; and African Screen Network (ASN) hosted the Johannesburg premiere of ‘I Am Not Your Negro’, a documentary about the African-American writer James Baldwin by the Haitian-American Director Raoul Peck. The event was attended by 160 guests.
