Ms. Zanele Ratsoga is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Pan-African Thought and Conversation at the University of Johannesburg. She currently serves as a Product Manager at Massmart. With over eight years of experience in digital fraud detection and prevention, she is also a Certified Fraud Examiner. Before this, she worked in the banking sector for more than twelve years. In 2023, she published an article titled “Factors Influencing Post-Hackathon Project Continuation in an African Corporate Setting.” Ms. Ratsoga holds a master’s degree in digital business from the Wits Business School.
