Mr. Tshegofatso Manakana

General Support

Mr. Tshegofatso Manakane oversees General Support in Administration at The Institute for Pan-African Thought and Conversation (IPATC). He is a third-year Development Studies student at the University of Johannesburg, majoring in Politics and Public Management and Governance. He works at the Institute for Pan-African Thought and Conversation. His research interests focus on bridging the gap between theory and practice in African academia, particularly how policies often overlook realities such as gender inclusion, age barriers, and historical inequalities. He is also actively involved in social impact and volunteer projects that promote inclusive development and community empowerment.
