Ms. Nolwandle Made is a Research Fellow at the Institute for Pan-African Thought and Conversation at the University of Johannesburg. Previously, she worked at Stellenbosch University in the Centre for Social Justice, where she conducted research on the use of disaggregated data to create impact-conscious policies aimed at reducing inequalities. Additionally, she collaborated with the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU) as a consultant for a Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) project titled “Nutrition Smart Agriculture and Water Productivity” in four African countries. Before this, she worked in community development for the Department of Water Affairs and Sanitation in KwaZulu-Natal. Ms. Made holds a Master of Science degree in Rural Development and Natural Resources Management from the Swedish University of Agricultural Sciences (SLU).
